Is there really a free plan forever?

Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes — all paid plans (GP, Care, Hospital) include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. We'll remind you before the trial ends; upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with one click.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Downgrading never deletes your patient data — records are preserved even if the patient count exceeds your new plan limit.
Are there per-doctor fees?
No. All plans include a flat staff seat limit. You pay one price regardless of how many doctors use it within your seat cap.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and EMI via Razorpay. All payments are processed securely.
Is patient data safe?
Yes. We are DPDPA-2023 compliant. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Clinical records are retained for 7 years per NMC guidelines. See our Security page for details.
