Is there really a free plan forever?
Yes — no credit card, no time limit, no tricks. The Free plan supports up to 300 patients and includes unlimited appointments, full digital case sheets, professional prescriptions (all types), the patient portal, 17 clinical reports, and GST-ready billing. You upgrade only when you want to grow.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes — all paid plans (GP, Care, Hospital) include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. We'll remind you before the trial ends; upgrade or cancel with one click, or switch to a lower plan through our support team.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Upgrades take effect immediately via self-serve checkout. Downgrades go through our support team, since we manually confirm your current staff count and storage usage fit the new plan first. Either way, your patient data is never deleted — there is no patient limit on any plan.
Are there per-doctor fees?
No. All plans include a flat staff seat limit. You pay one price regardless of how many doctors use it within your seat cap.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and EMI via Razorpay. All payments are processed securely.
Is patient data safe?
Yes. We are DPDPA-2023 compliant. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Clinical records are retained for 7 years per NMC guidelines. See our Security page for details.
What about Enterprise and White-Label plans?
