Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Sampurna subscription at any time from your admin dashboard. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annually). You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your paid billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a no-questions-asked 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Sampurna within the first 7 days of your first payment, please contact support for a full refund.

Beyond the first 7 days, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations of monthly or annual plans, except where required by Indian law or in cases of extended service outages.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 7-day period, please email billing@sampurna.app from your registered clinic owner email address. Include your Clinic ID and the reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method (via Razorpay).

4. Data Export After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your clinic data will remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days to allow you to export your patient records, prescriptions, and billing history. After 30 days, your tenant data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
