1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Sampurna platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including clinic owners, doctors, staff, and patients.

2Description of Service

Sampurna is a cloud-based clinic management platform designed for healthcare practitioners in India. It provides tools for patient management, prescriptions, billing, telemedicine, and related services. Sampurna is operated by Sampurna Swasthya Pvt. Ltd.

3Eligibility

The Service is intended for registered healthcare professionals and clinics operating in India. By using the Service, you represent that you hold the necessary registrations and licenses required by applicable Indian law to provide healthcare services.

4Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login with unauthorized persons. All activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility.

5Data and Privacy

Patient health data stored on Sampurna is owned by your clinic. Sampurna acts as a data processor under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). We do not sell or share patient data with third parties except as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

6Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Sampurna reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to attempt unauthorized access to other tenants' data.

8Limitation of Liability

Sampurna is a practice management tool and does not provide medical advice. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using the platform. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.

9Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days. After 30 days, data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
